MAN GOT SACKED FOR FARTING AT WORK PLACE

A guy who worked at a meat wholesaler was sacked because of his excessive and smelly flatulence, according to his wife.
Louann Clem worked with her husband Rich at Case Pork Roll Co. in Trenton, New Jersey.

Following his dismissal, Ms Clem has launched a lawsuit claiming their employer harassed him, complained about the smell he was producing and ordered him to work from home because it was taking over the office.
Mr Clem had gastric bypass surgery and since suffered pretty extreme consequences including gas and diarrhoea.
His wife is alleging that the owner of the company treated her husband unfairly.
Case Pork Roll Co president Thomas Dolan apparently complained about the smell that Mr Clem was producing because it was overpowering the aroma of their company’s meat product.
In the lawsuit, Dolan is noted as saying: ‘We have to do something about Rich, this can’t go on.
‘We can’t run an office and have visitors with the odor in the office. Tell Rich we’re getting complaints from visitors who have problems with the odours.’
He also allegedly asked what was causing the side effects, if doctor’s recommendations were being adhered to.

The plot thickens when the owner offers his opinion.
Tom Grieb said: ‘Business wasn’t good. They didn’t want to take a pay vut and walked out. Neither one were fired. They are just saying that,’ reports
MyCentralJersey.com.
He added that both the Clems pursued a discrimination complaint with the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Louann’s case wasn’t pursued, allowing her to sue under the federal Americans with Disabilities Act and the state’s Law Against Discrimination. Her husband was 420lbs and has an obesity disability.
Rich’s EEOC complaint is still pending.
